Wyndham Garden Dallas North Hotel, Dallas

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad. The rooms had a terrible odor and were not well maintained, with leftover trash from previous guests. However, they were clean and comfortable. The service was helpful and professional but lacked management presence when needed. The location was convenient for my meeting but not particularly impressive. The dining experience was average, with only a few highlights. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was met with a Dallas meets Vegas vibe, but unfortunately, the room wasn't ready and had a distinct smell like a dirty wet mop. Despite this, the staff are helpful and nice, giving off a good vibe. The location, though a bit out of the way, is still close to the highway and offers a fabulous setting. The dining experience varied, with some of the best food I've had in any hotel but also some disappointing aspects.

It was a shame that my visit was cut short as the room had a unique mix of Asian, disco, mold, and dust vibes. The service was top-notch, with a staff member going above and beyond to ensure my room type was correct, despite inconveniences with transportation due to nearby construction. The location, convenient to several areas within Dallas, made my visit easier, although I encountered minor safety concerns. The dining experience was average, with a few highlights but nothing extraordinary.
